What You'll Be Doing
The Core Responsibilities
You will own the end-to-end content production process, ensuring our brand voice is consistent, integrated, and fit-for-channel across all digital platforms. Reporting to the Digital Content Specialist, your key responsibilities include:
* Digital Content Production: Develop high-impact, audience-relevant digital content that drives brand engagement, customer action, and preference.
* Production Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of content projects, including the coordination and delivery of seasonal brand photoshoots (video and photography) on schedule and budget.
* Asset Management: Maintain and manage asset libraries, ensuring high-quality, fit-for-purpose imagery and video content is readily available for all campaigns.
* Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of evolving content formats, digital trends, and platform updates, recommending new approaches to continuously enhance content performance.
* Performance Insight: Collaborate with stakeholders to share actionable insights that optimise content production timelines and future strategies.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Experience)
We are looking for a collaborative, self-starting professional who can balance creative flair with technical execution and commercial objectives.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Content or Creative Producer in branded video and/or digital content
* Strong creative judgement with the ability to shape ideas into compelling, customer-focused stories
* Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end production (pre-, shoot, and post-production)
* Excellent project management skills, including timelines, budgets, and resources
* Clear understanding of SEO-driven content and social media best practice
* Outstanding communication, briefing, and stakeholder management skills
* Exceptional organisational skills and demonstrated ability to manage complex content calendars and competing priorities to meet deadlines.
* A positive team player who contributes to a culture that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Nice-to-Have
* Experience supporting content budget planning and tracking production costs.
* Familiarity with the outdoor, adventure, or retail industry is highly regarded.
* Knowledge of legal and regulatory standards relating to content and creator activity.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital video and photo content production.
