Rockfield Painting is a locally owned, family-run painting business known for high-quality workmanship, attention to detail, and treating our clients' homes with respect.

Due to continued growth, we're looking for:
* Qualified & experienced painters
* Potential team leaders / leading hands
* Enthusiastic apprentices who want to learn the trade properly

* Standard Hours: 7am–3pm
* No weekend or public holiday work (unless you want it)
* $40–$50 p/hour + Super (depending on your skills)

* High-end finishes and detailed prep

* Small commercial repaints
* Plastering, preparation, and repairs
* Some work at heights

Who We're Looking For
Skilled Painters
* Trade qualified or solid hands-on experience
* Pride in your finish and prep work
* Reliable, punctual, and professional
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
Team Leaders / Future Leaders
* Experience leading or mentoring others (or ready to step up)
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* Ability to maintain quality and client confidence on site
* Opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the business expands
Apprentices
* A genuine interest in learning the painting trade
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Willingness to listen, learn, and take pride in your work
