Service Advisor 2IC – Take Your Automotive Career to the Next Level!
Are you an experienced Service Advisor ready to step into a leadership role? Join our dynamic dealership team as the 2IC in our Service Department, where you’ll not only deliver outstanding customer service but also support the Service Manager in driving operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:
* Act as the principal contact between the dealership and customers for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
* Support the Service Manager in team leadership, workflow coordination, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
* Handle complex service enquiries, authorise additional work, and manage customer complaints with professionalism.
* Mentor and assist junior advisors, ensuring training and development opportunities are maximised.
* Drive new business into the service department and promote dealership services.
* Liaise with the workshop to ensure timely completion of repairs and seamless customer experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive role.
* Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and workshop processes.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to support and guide a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of handling administrative tasks efficiently.
* Sound knowledge of auto mechanics and time management skills to prioritise effectively.
