**About our Opportunity**

This role is an interdepartmental support role where you will add value to the broader business by offering a diverse scope of support to the Production Administration and Planning team. You're a specialist support involved in stocktake, production administration report processing, item generation/creation and customer service. You will enjoy being constantly challenged in this role, laying invaluable foundations to grow and take your career in any direction you wish within a brand that is a part of a global organisation.

In addition, you will:

- carry out monthly execution and reporting of stocktake
- management and control of inventory
- end of month processing of accounts
- process quotes, place orders and schedule deliveries
- assist in planning production schedules
- data entering new stock items into our inhouse CRM

**About You**

We're looking to leverage your previous experience in administration, customer service and sales with at least exposure to or understanding of production planning and/or inventory control, be self-motivated, have initiative to participate in our comprehensive training and demonstrate a keenness to learn, this is a stepping stone to progress into future opportunities.

We're looking for a team player with good people and relationship skills, someone who isn't easily flustered in a fast paced role and willingness to contribute to a positive work environment, as essential to success in this role.

You must be/have:

- systematic, methodical and process-orientated administrator
- enthusiasm to work in a rapidly changing & challenging manufacturing environment
- data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- competency using MS Suite, ability to quickly gain competency with in-house systems
- able to work autonomously
