Role Description
This is a full‐time, on‐site Test Engineer role located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Test Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing various testing scenarios to ensure the performance, reliability, and functionality of SAILPOINT or Oracle HCM solutions. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining test cases, executing functional and non‐functional tests, identifying and documenting issues, and working closely with development teams to resolve defects. The role also involves ensuring software meets quality and compliance standards through rigorous validation processes.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Test Engineering, including designing and managing effective testing frameworks.
* Experience in Test Execution and understanding of software quality assurance processes.
* Ability to create and document detailed Test Cases tailored for SAILPOINT or Oracle HCM applications.
* Proficiency in Testing and Functional Testing techniques to ensure software performance and reliability.
* Strong problem‐solving skills and attention to detail when identifying and troubleshooting issues.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‐functional teams.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
* Experience with SAILPOINT, Oracle HCM, or similar products is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
