Yard Driver / Trades Assistant
This is a multifaceted role that combines driving and trade support responsibilities. The successful candidate will safely transport heavy vehicles and LNG fleet assets within the Kwinana facility and to/from external depots, assist with LNG loading/unloading activities, provide support to workshop technicians with maintenance and inspections, and contribute to yard organization and cleaning.
The role demands a strong safety record, effective communication skills, and a team-oriented approach. A minimum of four years' experience operating triple and/or quad road trains, current WA MC Driver's Licence, Dangerous Goods Driver's Licence, and Forklift High Risk Licence are mandatory requirements. Additional qualifications such as Working at Heights or EWP Licence are highly regarded.
In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe movement of heavy vehicles and equipment within our facility. You will also be involved in assisting with the loading and unloading of LNG, as well as providing support to our workshop technicians with maintenance and repairs. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. You must also be able to operate a range of heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
