Location: All over Perth | hours per week

Nurse Next Door Perth North is growing – and we're looking for disability and aged care support workers to join us We have clients from Coogee to Yanchep, City of Stirling and Midland.

What You'll Do
* Provide a premium care experience for our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised.
* Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, medication management, light housekeeping, transport and companionship.
* Deliver care in accordance with the clients care plan that has been developed by our Care Designers (Registered Nurse)
* Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
* Complete documentation accurately and thoughtfully

Requirements
* Must have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Support Worker/Caregiver
* Minimum Cert III Aged Care | Community | Disability| Individual Support
* Right to work in Australia
* Passionate about making a difference.
* Drivers License and access to reliable transport in order to get to and from clients
* Working with Children's Check
* NDIS Worker Screen
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
* Current First Aid/CPR
* Must be able to speak and write in English. Other languages will be an asset.
* Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed.
* Ability to build relationships and have a genuine, care oriented nature.
* Need to be prepared to drive at least 30 mins to get to client visits
