You will be responsible for providing expert advice on labour relations matters, including interpreting complex enterprise agreements and ensuring compliance with relevant legislative frameworks. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in designing comprehensive testing regimes and review processes.
A key partner in delivering this project, you will work closely with stakeholders across departments to translate labour needs into technical solutions. Your ability to collaborate effectively, communicate complex ideas, and facilitate training will be highly valued.
Our ideal candidate has substantial experience in industrial/labour relations, including specialist expertise in employment law. A strong understanding of union priorities and practices is also essential. You will have hands-on experience with payroll and a proven track record of implementing compliance measures within large organisations.
