The IT Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and delivering technology initiatives across our Core Banking domain. You will drive end‐to‐end delivery across vendor‐led and hybrid projects, ensuring strong governance, effective risk management, and seamless stakeholder engagement across complex and business‐critical platforms.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead the deployment of Microsoft .NET services and related system integrations.
* Provide technical guidance and contribute to system design and development for releases within the Ultracs core banking system.
* Prioritise and manage requests and incidents to ensure the ongoing stability and reliability of the Ultracs core banking environment.
* Identify opportunities within the Ultracs ecosystem to improve processes and enhance member outcomes.
* Support front‐end installations and help maintain the availability and performance of Ultracs and its auxiliary services.
* Advocate for the Ultracs ecosystem to ensure optimal outcomes for members and the business.
* Act as the primary day‐to‐day contact for core banking vendors and system integrators.
About You
You are an experienced delivery leader who thrives in complex, multi‐vendor environments. You bring strong stakeholder management skills, technical confidence, and a track record of delivering high‐impact technology initiatives.
You will bring:
* Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar.
* Demonstrated success delivering vendor‐led technology projects, ideally within financial services.
* Experience working with Core Banking platforms (Ultracs preferred) or other large‐scale enterprise systems.
* Strong capability managing diverse stakeholder groups across both business and IT functions.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Advanced risk, issue, and dependency management expertise.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders.
* Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
