Your new role
Join a statewide reform program called the Roster+ Program that aims to enhance the management of workforce rosters and roster-to-pay procedures. The program will help guarantee that the right employees are in the right place at the right time by putting in place a contemporary, best practice, and digitally automated solution. This will enhance productivity, promote employee well-being, and allow for more intelligent, data-driven workforce planning.
Your role as a Business Analyst is to support the deployment of the statewide rostering system, the creation of business requirements, the redesign of processes, and the standardisation of rostering procedures. The larger workforce and HR digital transformation initiatives will be in line with these positions.
What you'll need to succeed
* Applicants must be based in Tasmania or able to work on-site as required.
* Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within the health sector or within complex, multi-site operational environments.
* Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and facilitation
* Knowledge of digital automation and workflow redesign
* Excellent documentation, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Expertise in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and systems integration.
