One Mob Pty Ltd is a proudly Indigenous-owned company operating across three entities, and we're growing fast. We're looking for a Recruitment & Sales Consultant to join our team and play a key role in shaping our workforce while building strong, meaningful business relationships.
This is more than just a recruitment role, it's an opportunity to help grow a new labour hire venture, primarily within construction (but not limited to), and contribute to real change across the industries we serve.
About the Role
This is a diverse and dynamic position offering real responsibility, variety, and growth.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing end-to-end 360 recruitment across multiple divisions and industries
* Recruiting for internal businesses as well as blue-collar and red-collar roles
* Building genuine relationships with candidates and supporting them through onboarding and mobilisation
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, job providers, and external stakeholders
* Driving business development through sales, client engagement, and tender opportunities
* Supporting the growth of our labour hire business into new ventures
* Conducting site visits, inductions, and orientations
* Acting as a mentor and support point for candidates on-site
* Assisting with rate research, operational support, and recruitment-related administration
What You'll Need
* Previous experience in recruitment (12 months preferred), labour hire, or B2B sales (advantageous but not essential)
* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
* A positive attitude with accountability for your own performance
* Ability to multitask and work at pace without losing attention to detail
* Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and employees
* Competency with Microsoft Office and CRM/CMS platforms
* Construction industry experience (not essential, but beneficial)
* Valid Australian driver's license
* Right to work in Australia
* Own reliable vehicle
