Technical Lead for .NET
The ideal candidate will be part of a global healthcare organisation undergoing significant transformation, reporting to the Head of Health Applications.
* Hands-on development supporting ongoing applications across business-as-usual (BAU) and project work.
* Manage the full system lifecycle, including upgrades, integrations, user support, and compliance.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a backend developer across the Microsoft stack.
* Experience following Agile Development practices and running Scrum meetings.
* Strong knowledge of system integration standards and interface engines.
* Hands-on experience managing complex systems across cloud/on-prem hybrid environments.
