Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care to individuals living in our care homes, focusing on person-centred approaches and ensuring their rights and needs are met.
* Guide and support residents through life-changing decisions, demonstrating empathy and compassion.
* Recognise and respond to signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, taking appropriate action to ensure resident safety.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified Registered Nurse with a valid PIN number and a commitment to upholding the standards of practice set by the NMC. Additionally, you should have a passion for mentoring and sharing your knowledge with colleagues, as well as providing support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
