🌏 The Role and What You’ll Do
As an Australian Travel Specialist, you’ll be the first friendly face (or voice!) our customers connect with. You’ll:
* Design Itineraries: Use your creativity to build tailored travel plans that inspire and delight.
* Achieve Results: Convert enquiries into bookings, meet targets, and ensure every sale is rewarding for both the customer and the business.
* Be There for Customers: Support them through every step of their journey — from first contact to after they return home, including when unexpected hiccups pop up.
* Team Spirit: Share your knowledge, support your teammates, and contribute to a fun, collaborative office vibe.

* Loves building connections and providing outstanding customer service.
* Has excellent attention to detail and can juggle multiple bookings without breaking a sweat.
* Brings a proactive, problem-solving attitude and stays calm when challenges arise.
* Is confident using digital tools like CRMs or booking systems.
* Has experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality (a bonus, not a dealbreaker).
