The Role
As a senior national account manager, you'll own the end‐to‐end commercial agenda with major grocery retailers, specifically Chemist Warehouse. This includes leading joint business planning, shaping range, price and promo strategy, and unlocking incremental growth through data‐led category storytelling.
You'll partner cross‐functionally with marketing, category, finance, and supply to deliver profitable P&L outcomes, flawless execution, and best‐in‐class launches. You'll also be part of a purpose‐led culture that invests in people, champions sustainable innovation, and empowers positive impact on consumers and the planet.
About You
* Strong business and financial acumen, confident working with complex commercials and performance metrics.
* Proven experience managing co‐op and budgets, ensuring effective spend and clear ROI.
* Demonstrated ownership of customer P&Ls, balancing top‐line growth with mix, margin, and trade‐spend efficiency.
* Strong skills in demand forecasting and project management, aligning cross‐functional teams behind customer and channel plans.
* Deep experience in pricing and promotion, retailer activations and commercial plan monitoring/optimisation to unlock incremental, sustainable growth.
