About the Role
This role is a pivotal member of the Executive Leadership Team and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The Executive General Manager, Performance, Risk & Strategy leads a division that oversees Actuarial Services, Data Analytics, Strategic Value Realisation, Strategy, and Research.
* Hold formal accountability to the Board's Risk Committee, ensuring robust and effective enterprise risk management.
* Drive the TAC's performance, enable agile and high-impact decision-making, and support the achievement of ambitious organisational goals.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Proven executive leadership skills with deep expertise in business performance, strategy, enterprise risk, data science, or related disciplines—ideally within insurance or a similarly complex, regulated environment.
* A strong understanding of the public sector context.
* Ability to generate strategic insights from complex data, lead high-performing teams, and deliver measurable value.
* People leadership, collaboration, strategic foresight, innovative thinking, and commitment to delivering outcomes with integrity, courage, accountability, and empathy.
