Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering business process initiatives and working closely with customers across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the analysis and delivery of business process initiatives.
* Organize and facilitate workshops with customers, gathering and analyzing end-user requirements as needed.
* Create process maps and identify areas for potential improvement.
* Provide sound operational and solution options either independently or jointly with Solution Architecture/Lead Engineering.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in a business analysis role.
* Proven ability to work on large-scale transformation in the public sector or large commercial enterprise.
* Strong knowledge across the ServiceNow platform and modules such as ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, LSD.
* Experience in contributing to organizational change management efforts.
* Outstanding ability to analyze, isolate, and interpret business needs and develop appropriate artifacts/outputs.
