The Role
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the implementation and management of online campaigns (PPC, SEO, social media and Email) to drive awareness, traffic, and conversions.
You will play a key role in supporting the CMO and eCommerce Manager in delivering the company digital strategy.
Major Responsibilities
* Campaign Management:
Develop, launch and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels Google Ads, Marketplace Ads (Amazon and eBay), social media (Facebook and Instagram), and email platforms (Klaviyo) inline with the company strategy.
* SEO & SEM:
Working closely with our SEO Partner and eCommerce Manager to implement strategies to improve search engine rankings (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns for better visibility and ROI.
* Content Creation:
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and external agencies to develop and execute compelling content and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
* Data Analysis & Reporting:
Use tools like Google Analytics to track key performance metrics including traffic, engagement and conversions, analyse campaign results and deliver, clear actionable performance reports to leadership.
* Market Research:
Stay updated on digital trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to maximise ROI.
Skills/capabilities
* Proven expertise in Google Ads, including campaign setup and optimisation, keyword research, and A/B testing to drive performance improvements.
* Demonstrated experience managing and optimising paid advertising budgets to maximise ROI.
* Strong working knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices, with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
* Excellent copywriting and content development skills, with the ability to create engaging, conversion-focused messaging across digital channels.
* Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
* Self-motivated and collaborative, able to work autonomously within a team environment while effectively prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
* Previous experience using Klaviyo is highly desired.
Qualifications
* Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related discipline, with relevant industry certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Meta.
