About the Role:
An exciting opportunity is open for a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Payroll Officer to join our Payroll team, located in Warwick Farm .
Responsibilities include:
* Perform end-to-end payroll processing, using an integrated Time Management and Human Resources Systems (Mitrefinch, ConnX and MicrOpay)
* Posting weekly and monthly payroll General Ledgers
* Processing Payroll Tax and Superannuation payments
* Resolving payroll discrepancies
* Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
* Commitment to confidentiality to maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations
The successful candidate will possess the following:
* Experience with MicrOpay
* High level of attention to detail coupled with an efficient approach to achieving outcomes
* Experience in payroll processing and ability to learn to specific awards
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Exceptional oral and written communication
