Customer Services Officer – Health Reception
Permanent Part time – 22.8 hours per week, Identified Position, Mildura, Victoria
$28.91 per hour + superannuation + salary packaging benefits + 17.5% annual leave loading

About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Services Officer to join our team on a part-time basis at the Health reception.
In this important frontline role, you will be the welcoming face and voice of MDAS – supporting clients, patients and community members as they access our services.

* Provide high-quality, culturally safe customer service
* Support both administrative and clinical teams
* Help connect people to the right services at the right time
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support including document prep, filing, bookings and coordination of resources.
* Manage communications (calls, emails, correspondence) and ensure timely responses and redirection.
* Deliver professional, culturally safe front-desk service to clients and community members.
* Coordinate appointments, client services, transport, and support access to MDAS programs.
* Maintain accurate client records and assist with clinical admin tasks, documentation and billing.
* Ensure compliance with organisational policies, safety procedures and contribute to quality improvement.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience in administration, preferably medical administration.
* A strong commitment to culturally safe and inclusive practice and a community-focused approach.
* Level II First Aid or willingness to obtain.
Other Requirements
* Working with Children Check.
* National Police Check (arranged by MDAS).
