What you will need!
Driver's license essential and own transportCurrent working with children's card essentialAbility to gather and interpret data to create and develop work flowsWell developed analytical, conceptual and problem solving skillsAbility to identify and manager operational riskEstablished understanding of procurement and financial management practicesAbility to practically apply the relevant legislation in operational settingsExperience in planning and managing projects, assets and resourcesWell developed communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated leadership and team management capabilityMust be reliable and punctualMust have weekend and night availabilityHigh attention to detail Maintain accurate recordsTravel within the Northern Territory, sometimes at short notice to support disaster affected regions
What You Will Be Doing
Support the coordination of operational requirement including those of collaborating agencies and clientsSupport the purchasing, financial management and distribution of resourcesSupport mobilisation and demobilisation of resources necessary to meet localised service delivery requirements.Provide training, leadership support and structure for staffManage assets, stationary and accountable items. Work closely with the Welfare Group Manager and relevant leads to prepare logistics and intelligence on daily tasking. Manage and maintain records accordingly.
