What You'll Be Doing
* Drive adoption of cutting-edge machine automation technology and prepare stakeholders for autonomous farming systems, with a strong focus on Grain and Cotton industries.
* Act as the dealership expert in John Deere on-machine technology, leading field trials, coordinating demonstrations, and delivering tailored training to staff, customers, and supply chain partners.
* Validate new agricultural technology through rigorous field testing and trials to assess performance and return on investment for customers.
* Champion technology integration by transferring knowledge to Branch Product Specialists and Ag Sales Representatives, ensuring successful implementation across branches.
* Collaborate with branches to deliver impactful product demonstrations and showcase technology benefits to customers.
* Consult with customers to understand current and future technology needs, ensuring solutions meet functional requirements and deliver value.
* Provide exceptional service and technical support to customers and partners, reinforcing RDO's reputation for reliability and expertise.
* Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement in every aspect of your work.
What We're Looking For
* Brings experience in crop production practices and ag mechanisation
* Has equipment operation experience and can optimise setup and demonstrations
* Can deliver knowledge transfer through practical and classroom training
* Is safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow
* A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results
