We are looking for a qualified carpenter ready to step into an Salesperson role, someone who can combine trade expertise with great client communication, help plan and quote projects and ensure every job starts right and finishes well.
Role Requirements
Full Drivers License
White Card
National Police Clearance
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Competent with computers and job management systems
Confident in preparing quotes and reports

Your role
Meeting clients on-site to scope projects and provide professional recommendations
Preparing accurate quotes and proposals with the Estimator
Following up on quotes to maximise conversion rates
Maintaining accurate client and project records in our system
Collaborating with Estimator and Project Manager to ensure smooth handover
Visiting active projects to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities
Representing Ridge professionally in all interactions
