Pizza Cook / Chef – Fuel Brewing Co, Bulimba
Full-time | Balanced hours | Great team culture
Love wood-fired pizza? Passionate about your craft? Join our tight-knit team at Fuel Brewing Co – Bulimba's home of great beer, authentic pizza, and genuine hospitality.
We're on the hunt for a full-time pizza chef or experienced cook to help us craft the perfect pie (and more) in our vibrant brewery restaurant. Our menu centres around 48-hour slow-rise, hand-stretched dough, featuring seasonal Pizza of the Month creations to keep things exciting. But we're not just about pizza – recent additions like burrata, calamari fritti, and other elevated small plates show off our evolving culinary offering.

* You take pride in your work and enjoy being part of a cohesive team
* You thrive in fast-paced environments and value a calm, respectful kitchen

-----------------------------------
Requirements:
* Food Safety Certificate (Level 1) – required
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Level 2) – highly regarded

* Australian work rights essential
* Must pass police background check and provide references from previous hospitality roles
* Demonstrated knowledge of HACCP principles and local food safety regulations
