We're now looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen, drive menu creativity, and play a key role in the continued growth of our brand.
About the Role
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, efficiency, and presentation. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy café or casual dining environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading day-to-day kitchen operations
* Menu development, including panini, sides, and specials
* Ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation
* Managing prep, service flow, and stock control
* Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
* Training, mentoring, and motivating kitchen staff
* Working closely with ownership on menu innovation and growth initiatives
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a fast-paced kitchen
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* A passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and flavour-driven food
* Experience in casual dining, cafés, or sandwich-focused concepts (highly regarded)
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure
* A positive attitude and team-first mindset
