We're seeking an organized, analytical individual to support our payroll and finance operations. This key role involves ensuring accurate data entry, maintaining records, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment and has experience with payroll systems, finance, and HR support. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel/Google Sheets abilities, excellent analytical skills, and a solid understanding of Australian legislation.
As a key member of our team, you'll maintain accurate employee records, update spreadsheets, and analyze data to identify trends or process improvements. You'll also be responsible for supporting the calculation, review, and troubleshooting of commissions and incentives.
The successful candidate will have:
• Payroll or finance experience
• Knowledge of Australian legislation and Fair Work requirements
• Proficiency in Xero, HeroPay, or similar software
