In this role, you will be responsible for a diverse range of applications, including:
Construction, Occupation, and Complying Development Certificates.
Plumbing and drainage approvals under the Local Government Act.
Development Applications.
You will also carry out critical stage inspections and plumbing and drainage inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
To be successful, you'll need to be eligible for registration as a Building Surveyor – Restricted (Class 1 & 10 buildings) and possess a sound working knowledge of NSW planning legislation and the Building Code of Australia.
YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT (for eligible employees)
An annual salary between $88,192 - $99,255 dependent upon skills and experience (plus 12% superannuation)
Work a 9-day fortnight, based on a 35-hour working week
