We're looking for a seasoned Senior Network Engineer holding NV1 clearance to join our client on contract basis to help design, implement, and support high-performing and secure network infrastructure. You'll play a key role in building resilient, scalable solutions across enterprise and private cloud environments, ensuring maximum availability and performance for internal users and external customers. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain enterprise and cloud-based network infrastructure and services Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for complex networking issues (Level 3) Create and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and handovers Continuously assess and optimise network hardware and software for performance, reliability, and security Collaborate with peers and mentor team members to uplift network capability and standards What You'll Bring 5-7 years' experience in network engineering roles, with a focus on design and implementation Strong knowledge of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLAN, VPN), routing/switching, and firewalls (e.g. FortiGate, Cisco) Hands-on experience with Cisco networking platforms (ASR, Catalyst, NX-OS, IOS-XR), load balancers (F5), and SD-WAN technologies Familiarity with VMware environments, virtual switching, and cloud-integrated network solutions Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or in a high-performing team If you have the skills and experience we're looking for and are eager to take on this challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to hit apply.
