About your role:
In this role as Executive Support Officer you will...
Maintain effective time management practices for the team including coordinating diary appointments and prioritising correspondence.
Assist in the preparation of briefing notes and draft responses to correspondence for consideration of the Director of Clinical Governance.
Provide efficient secretarial and logistical support to allocated committees, working groups, and events/functions.
Ensure the delivery of priority items as continuously reviewed by the Director of Clinical Governance, including monitoring important issues, and following up on actions when required.
Have the ability to manage a large workload whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy and a happy disposition within identified milestones and timeframes.
Coordinate and assist in the completion of human resource, payroll, and recruitment processes on behalf of the team.
