About the Role
As a full‐time Guest Service Agent you'll be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm welcomes and efficient service. You will manage check‐ins, check‐outs, and guest requests, while working closely with other departments to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met. Accuracy, professionalism, and local knowledge are key to creating a seamless and memorable stay.
Skills & Experience
* 1+ years of experience as a GSA in a hotel or similar role.
* Proven ability to deliver warm, professional, and efficient guest service.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in front office operations including check‐in/out and handling guest accounts.
* Ability to build strong relationships with other departments in the hotel.
* The ability to deal with multiple requests at once and maintain a high level of service.
* Familiarity with reservation systems and booking procedures.
