Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst based in Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Business Analyst will be responsible for evaluating business processes, identifying and analyzing business requirements, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making. They will act as a liaison between stakeholders, gather input, and ensure alignment to business goals through effective communication and collaboration.

* Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate complex data and provide actionable insights
* Proficiency in Business Analysis and understanding of key methodologies
* Ability to define and manage Business Processes and workflows
* Expertise in gathering and analyzing Business Requirements
* Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings effectively
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
* Experience in AI or technology-related industries is a plus
