As we scale, we are looking to bring in an eCommerce Coordinator to strengthen the day-to-day performance, content management and optimisation of our Shopify store across markets, ensuring a seamless, localised experience that supports both growth and operational excellence.

ROLE PURPOSE:

The eCommerce Coordinator supports and maintains the day-to-day performance and operations of our online store, with growing ownership across website content, SEO execution and reporting. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless, localised shopping experience across multiple global markets, while supporting organic growth, on-site optimisations and identifying data-led insights.

Working closely with the marketing and creative team, the eCommerce Coordinator is responsible for website and product maintenance, content management, SEO maintenance, and reporting & analytics, contributing both executional support and optimisation ideas that improve conversion and customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Website Maintenance & Content Management:

* Own day-to-day website content management across all markets, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely updates to align with key business priorities.
* Ensure QA of website experience across all key markets including currency display, shipping messaging, duties/taxes messaging and checkout flow, and flag any issues.
* Regularly merchandise the website across all key entry points and landing pages, informed by trading insights and campaign priorities.
* Regularly review website functionality, UX and performance across desktop and mobile devices, proactively identifying bugs, content issues or optimisation opportunities.
* Contribute recommendations to improve site navigation, content hierarchy and merchandising informed by commercial insights and user feedback.
* Support the ongoing maintenance of key apps and integrations as part of overall website health, ensuring tools are functioning correctly and aligned with business objectives.
* Regularly review website functionality and user experience across both desktop and mobile, identifying and flagging any bugs or performance issues to the eCommerce Manager promptly.

2. Product Maintenance & Optimisations:

* Support execution of regular product launches, including product uploads, landing page updates, merchandising, QA checks and post-launch reviews
* Assist with the end-to-end setup of new products in Shopify, including uploading imagery, entering product information, assigning collections, tags, and ensuring all relevant data is SEO-optimised.
* Maintain accuracy of product data and pricing in Shopify and flag any discrepancies with inventory or pricing to the eCommerce Manager.
* Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to plan and select final imagery for product pages that align with campaign direction and brand aesthetic.
* Write clear, concise, and brand-aligned product descriptions that speak to key features, styling suggestions and fit details.
* Ensure all product pages are accurate and up-to-date, including pricing, availability, descriptions, and metadata.
* Identify areas of opportunities to reduce friction points and increase CVR on PDP
* Support in the maintenance of product categorisation and filtering to enhance onsite search and customer navigation.

3. SEO Maintenance:

* Support ongoing SEO maintenance across the website, working closely with the eCommerce Manager and external SEO partners to implement recommendations
* Execute on-site SEO updates including metadata, internal linking, content optimisation for priority collections, redirect management as required.
* Assist with SEO driven content initiatives including blog uploads & optimisations, supporting digital PR or backlink content requirements, ensuring content is aligned with keyword search intent, whilst being structured to support AI visibility and discoverability across search and generative platforms.
* Monitor site content for SEO best practice, and flag opportunities to improve Organic Search visibility and channel performance.

4. Reporting & Analytics:

* Monitor Shopify & Google Analytics dashboards and flag any notable changes in key trading metrics (such as product performance, traffic and conversion) to the eCommerce Manager, troubleshooting as needed.
* Support weekly & monthly ecommerce reporting, identifying trends, opportunities and areas for optimisation across channels and key landing pages.
* Using a mixture of GA4 and Shopify, assist with performance analysis of:
* Product/ collection performance per region, identifying any key trends or drivers
* Traffic and channel performance
* User behaviour and on-site engagement
* Campaign and content performance insights
* Conduct monthly reviews of competitor websites (from a defined list), and document competitor activity around all major sales periods.
* Support ad‐hoc reporting, analysis and market research as required to support trade, content or optimisation initiatives
* Act as a key link between the eCommerce/Marketing teams and the In‐Store team, regularly sharing trade insights, customer feedback, and digital optimisations that can enhance the omni‐channel experience.
* Work closely with all cross‐functional teams including wider marketing team, design, supply chain and logistics to ensure seamless coordination in ecommerce operations.

6. Web Dev:

* Liaise with eCommerce Manager to identify and document on‐site bugs and performance issues

QUALITIES WE LOVE FOR THIS ROLE:

* Experience working with Shopify (or similar ecommerce platforms)
* Hands‐on experience supporting website content management and product setup
* Understanding of SEO fundamentals and on‐site best practices
* Experience with Google Analytics preferred
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple updates across markets
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines around drop schedules and competing BAU activity
* Commercially minded with an interest in conversion optimisation and customer experience
* Comfortable working cross‐functionally with Creative Director, Ops, CS and Warehouse teams
* Strong commitment to maintaining brand consistency across tone, visual presentation and delivering a premium customer experience at every touchpoint
