Our Community Care team continues its growth phase and is on the hunt for a high energy 360 recruiter to join our team. With a dedicated focus on the Disability and OOHC Sector within ACT, you will grow our current market share from a small existing client base and casual workforce pool to be a major provider of staffing services locally. Building relationships from a community level you will be responsible for end
- to-end recruitment processes along with business development and successful conversion of new business partnerships.
Working alongside a team of committed peers interstate, you will partner with for purpose organisations to provide Staffing solutions with highly experienced Disability Support Workers and Youth-workers to ensure there are adequate supports to those in need.
This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral member of our team and further build on the growth and success of the Care business with a view to grow this from a team of 1, into many.

**About the role**:
- **Building relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders** to influence choice of HCA staff over our competitors.
- **Understand Client demand and workforce shortages **through regular visits and client engagement to ensure we can best support our customers
- **End to end recruitment of casual staff** for temporary workforce solutions.
- **Management of ongoing client information** and ensuring we have accurate and up to date records of the clients and sites our staff are working at
- Prospecting new leads, arranging client meetings, and **winning new business**:
- **Networking with clients and organisations** (including NGOs and Government Departments) to provide leads and pathways for customers to engage HCA's services
**About you**:
- Above all, a positive and tenacious attitude with an eagerness to learn
- Previous experience in either Social Services, Healthcare or Recruitment sector is highly regarded.
- A self-starter who is keen to hunt and make things happen.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A team player
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Strong belief in great customer service/experiences
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRMs or databases
