Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders and employees.

\


Key Responsibilities:

* Lead key initiatives and provide solutions for employee relations, organization development, performance management, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee development, and succession planning processes.
* Partner closely with leaders and other members of the HR team to assess the pipeline of internal talent. Work with Talent Acquisition to create strategies that will attract outside talent.
* Partner with Learning & Organizational Development and others to identify training needs and solutions for the plants as well as individual leadership coaching needs.
* Support plant leadership teams to assist with developing a culture of positive employee engagement.
* Oversee all aspects of HR including Compensation, Employment, Benefits, Training, Employee Relations, Talent Management, and Labor Relations.
* Maintain compliance with all applicable Federal and State Laws.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
* 7 years of experience in a fast-paced HR or business role, with 3 years in a labor union environment - Required.
* Broad experience in employee relations, organizational development & planning, talent management consulting and compensation/rewards.
* Demonstrated ability to drive business results.
* Demonstrated change management excellence with significant/complex organizational change efforts.
* Demonstrated experience in strategic people planning and organizational design strategy.
* Skilled in talent acquisition forecasting, planning, and execution.
