The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Principal Analyst to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Provide specialist advice to the Divisional Management teams and other stakeholders on operational and performance related matters
- Deliver timely information to frontline staff to support core operational functions and processes
- Support the delivery of timely responses to requests for data, analysis and reports within the Divisional management team
- Evaluate internal and external performance trends and actively seek out improvements
About you
**To be successful in this position you will require**:
- Whilst not mandatory, a tertiary qualification in a relevant field (clinical or non-clinical) would be well regarded
- Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - COVID 19
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed

- Permanent full time
- Base salary ranging from $122 108 - $131 044 per annum

The Commissioning, Analysis and Reporting Services department operates within Financial Services Division. Although each team has their distinct accountabilities, the units work together to manage the efficient flow of analysis, reporting and data which informs critical strategic, operational and funding decisions the Hospital and Health Service. Based at Southport.
