We're looking for a full time Digital Account Manager to join us. The ideal person is commercially sharp, thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to coordinate internal teams so work lands on time, on brief and without friction. In Year 2, we also offer an annual performance bonus of up to 10% of base salary, paid based on agreed KPIs and on target performance.
A minimum of 4 years of Media agency experience is essential.

The role
As Digital Account Manager, you're the key point across a set of retained clients, ensuring day to day performance, strategy, communication and delivery stay aligned and moving forward. A big part of the role is directing our internal specialists across paid media, SEO, content, analytics and development partners.
* Drive client campaigns across Paid Search, SEO and Paid Social with a commercial lens
* Translate strategy into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams
* Manage timelines, scope and handovers to keep delivery smooth
* Provide direction and QA across media strategy, reporting and optimisation
* Support conversion strategy, attribution and performance improvement conversations
* Brief our channel specialists with clarity on objectives, requirements, deadlines and outputs
* Track delivery against timelines and manage prioritisation across teams
* Spot risks early and communicate solutions before problems escalates
* Keep all deliverables aligned to the agreed strategy
* Maintain structured workflows across multiple accounts
* Uphold operational discipline, including tasking, documentation and QA
* Act as day-to-day contact for clients with proactive communication
* Lead weekly or fortnightly performance reviews and ensure actions progress internally
* Manage relationships with publishers alongside our specialist teams
* Bring clarity across clients, internal teams and partners
Technical capability
* Confident with GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Business Manager
* Able to interpret data and link digital activity to genuine business impact
* Support reporting frameworks that prioritise clarity and forward-looking insights
Who you are
* Minimum of 4+ years of experience in an Australian digital agency environment
* Strong SEM capability with working knowledge of Paid Social and SEO
* Skilled at running delivery teams and managing workflows
* Excellent brief writer who can manage priorities and timelines
* Comfortable creating structure and reducing ambiguity
* Strategic thinker with commercial judgement
* Confident communicator across all levels of stakeholders
* Experienced in ecommerce and conversion-led performance
* Self-directed, reliable and solutions focused5 days per week (you're also open to 4 days per week)
* Melbourne-based, remote-first, with set in-person collaboration
* Reports to Partner, Client Services
* Intro conversation up to 45 minutes covering experience, expectations and culture alignment
* Short practical exercise 20–30 minutes to understand thinking and problem-solving
* Partner discussion up to 45 minutes on ways of working and mutual fit
