You will haveA proven track record in senior office leasing roles, preferably at Director levelStrong negotiation skills with experience closing high-value leasing transactionsDeep knowledge of the commercial property market, trends, and tenant requirementsExceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsStrategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership capabilities with experience mentoring teams
