Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Corporate Alliance Management team as an Administrative/Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating tasks, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive quarterly equity stake reporting for the CAM portfolio, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
* Coordinate CAM inputs to our finance department, collect and validate information, and follow up to ensure alignment
* Provide operational support: add and update agreements, obligations, and relevant materials in the system and ensure records are well maintained
* Support alliance activities such as committee meetings, terminations, tracking progress, booking, and coordinating internal and external meetings
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in an administrative, coordination, project support, or operations role with experience from the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently
* Experience working with financial inputs or close collaboration with our finance department is desirable
* Familiarity with contract and obligations management systems and strong record-keeping practices
