Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding role in a supportive team environment and in a newly built rural hospital? Rochester and Elmore District Health Service (REDHS) is seeking dedicated and experienced nurses to join our Acute Ward, including our Urgent Care Centre.
Following the October 2022 floods, we have rebuilt and modernised our facility, making this an exciting opportunity to be part of our team in Rochester.

What You'll Do:
* Provide evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with patients, medical officers, and healthcare teams
* Work across acute care and urgent care settings
* Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and team members
* Contribute to a culture of excellence, innovation and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
Registered Nurse qualifications (AHPRA registration)
Advanced care planning, delivery, and evaluation skills
Clinical experience in acute care and residential aged care
Ability to work flexibly across all shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Proficiency in IT systems (email, databases, word processing)
Commitment to ongoing clinical development
