The Opportunity
* Store person duties in picking and packing customer orders
* Loading and unloading deliveries
* General warehouse duties
* Liaising with customers to assess their needs, then recommend and sell them the appropriate parts
* Provide advice regarding parts specifications to customers
* Source and order parts as well as generate quotes and invoices
* Maintain a clean and presentable parts department, including showroom, entrance, parts receival and storage areas
* Maintain inventory in line with the business and customer needs, including seasonal demands
About You
* Previous experience in a similar position advantageous
* Attention to detail is second nature to you, and you excel at communicating effectively with colleagues and customers
* Problem-solving is your forte, and you enjoy the challenge of identifying and interpreting parts for customers
* Current forklift licence ticket or willing to obtain
* You're eager to contribute to a dynamic team and are committed to delivering top-notch service in the agricultural machinery industry
