Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Hearing Care Specialist.
This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to clients of all backgrounds, including children and adults with complex needs, multicultural, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds.
You will be responsible for managing complex medical administration, including booking client appointments, processing claims, data entry, and monthly reports.
Additionally, you will provide friendly and professional service to clients, including greeting clients, attending to counter and telephone enquiries, and performing minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting.
* This includes liaising with clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
* You will work closely with other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients.

* Manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring timely completion of duties.
* Liaise with clients and staff to resolve queries and concerns.
* Ensure accurate and efficient data entry and record-keeping.
