We are seeking an individual to fill a key role in our customer-facing team.
This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. You will be responsible for coordinating with customers and Territory Sales Managers to ensure smooth execution of sales administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Coordinate with customers and Territory Sales Managers to ensure smooth execution of sales administrative tasks.
 * Support selling activities across regional platforms by coordinating with internal and external resources.
 * Set up and maintain auction information systems, enter contracts and equipment specifications, and balance auction results.
 * Verify funds collected and process vehicle titles, registrations, and legal transfer documents.
 * Build strong relationships with banks, taxation offices, and motor vehicle branches to resolve issues.
 * Recruit, train, and oversee Customer Service Representatives for auctions.
 * Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
 * 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Strong computer skills and ability to master new systems.
 * Experience in accounts receivable, account reconciliation, sales tax collection/remittance, vehicles or heavy equipment, and DMV document processing is an asset.
 * Ability to think quickly and make good decisions in a fast-paced auction environment.
 * Love for paperwork with an obsession for detail and accuracy.
 * Outstanding people skills - outgoing, diplomatic, patient, and a good listener.
 * Ability to work independently with a take-charge attitude and willingness to ask questions.
 * Enjoy working hard while having fun on the job.
