Your New Role - Sales Administrator & Executive Coordinator We’re looking for a commercially savvy, growth-minded Sales Administrator & Executive Coordinator to join the Brisbane team and take charge of quoting, lead management, client communication, and executive assistance. Respond to inbound leads (email, phone, and website) Build out quotes for LCL, FCL, FOB, and EXW shipments Manage follow-ups and CRM pipelines (HubSpot) Provide structured support to the Sales Director — including Customer Communications and Engagement Management Keep communication flowing and deals moving Take over the Sales Directors inbox — triage, reply, and escalate Engage directly with inbound leads via phone, email, and video Quote LCL/FCL/FOB jobs using existing tools and logic Manage lead pipelines in our CRM Sales Plpatform, HubSpot and flag hot opportunities Handle more complex quotes (EXW, multi-leg, remote delivery points) Participate in pricing reviews and quoting refinement Own follow-up cycles to convert warm leads into bookings Support the Sales Director with key client and internal priorities Track and manage every quote and opportunity end-to-end Help improve internal quoting processes and templates What you will need to succeed Have experience in international freight forwarding (Australian-based is a must) Enjoy the sales and quoting process — solving problems, winning work, and following through Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally Sales Administrator & Executive Coordinator experience Are comfortable managing inboxes, CRMs (HubSpot), and quoting tools Like keeping people and processes on track — especially busy Directors Want to grow with the role and take on more responsibility over time What you'll get in return From day one, you’ll be given trust and the freedom to make decisions Play a key role in shaping our approach to quoting, selling, and delivering service Work with clear expectations — no micro-management, just support when you need it Your ideas and effort will have a direct effect on our growth No cold calling — just qualified leads, quick results, and meaningful work What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your resume, or call Thomas Hunter now at 0437 537 710.
