As a Rehabilitation Consultant with Konekt, you'll walk alongside clients as they navigate recovery, return to work, and help them to reconnect with what matters most.Expect your day to be full of variety and real impact where you'll:Assess clients' rehabilitation needs following injury or illness through physical, ergonomic, psychosocial or functional capacity evaluations (based on your clinical discipline)Provide expert advice around work-place modification and the return-to-work processSupport clients to define meaningful recovery or employment goals, then co-design and deliver tailored rehabilitation plansMonitor progress, adjust plans that support sustainable outcomesManage cases end-to-end: coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders from workplaces/employers, healthcare providers, treating practitioners and insurers.
