We are currently seeking an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Support Officer to join the team. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational knowledge of IT who wants to develop their IT skillset.

ICT Support
* Provide day-to-day ICT support to all users.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
* Help users understand and effectively utilise ICT resources.
* Develop and maintain documentation for user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting procedures.
* Ensure timely and effective resolution of ICT support tickets, maintaining a high level of user satisfaction.
User and Hardware Administration
* Administration of accounts and services such as mobility, for user onboarding and offboarding as required.
* Set up and configure new hardware, including computers and peripheral devices.
* Maintaining the asset register of company issued IT equipment.
Project Delivery
* Assisting, as required with the delivery of ICT projects.
