We are in need of a highly motivated, confident National Account Manager to join our Sales team.

What you will be doing

We are seeking a highly motivated National Account Manager (NAM) to take ownership of our key national retail partners.

This is a high-profile, commercially critical role where you will manage multi-million-dollar portfolios, lead joint business planning, and deliver category and brand growth in Australia’s most competitive liquor channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the customer relationship managing all commercial negotiations, JBPs, and execution.

- Deliver distribution, visibility, promotions, and new product launches across major retail banners.

- Partner with internal teams (marketing, supply, finance, field sales) to ensure flawless execution in market.

- Track performance, analyse data, and provide insights that guide strategy and investment decisions.

- Negotiate trading terms and promotional programs to deliver sustainable sales and profit growth.

About You

- Proven success managing national grocery or liquor retail accounts (Coles, Woolworths, EDG, Independents, Costco, ALDI or equivalent).

- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at senior buyer level.

- Experience in category management and confident using data (IRI, Aztec or similar) to drive results.

- Collaborative and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- A passion for premium spirits and building brands in the Australian market.
