Trident Services is currently recruiting for Aviation Cleaning Supervisor's on a Full-Time basis to lead our morning /afternoon teams at Brisbane Airport.
About the Role
As an Aviation Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a vital role in creating safe, clean, and memorable travel experiences for passengers and visitors. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness throughout the airport and ensuring the environment is always welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the day‐to‐day cleaning operations.
* Managing shift rosters including core and adhoc shifts.
* Providing leadership and operational support to cleaning employees.
* Managing quality systems to ensure compliance and safety.
* Service delivery quality assurance, including auditing and reporting requirements.
About You
* Previous cleaning experience essential (retail/commercial preferred).
* Minimum 6 months cleaning supervisory experience in any industry.
* Reliable, proactive, and physically fit.
* Able to work independently and in a team.
* Coordinate daily cleaning duties and team support.
* Perform general site cleaning: amenities, food court, car parks, bins (as required).
* Monitor cleaning quality and report issues to management.
* Assist with roster adjustments and task allocation.
* Report hazards and incidents.
* Maintain WHS compliance and professional communication.
Essential Requirements
* Ability to successfully pass a Criminal History Check, Drug and Alcohol Screening, and Medical Assessment.
* Ability to obtain an ASIC Criminal History Clearance.
* Hold an unrestricted Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
* Strong work ethic, presentation and punctuality.

* High level of presentation and cleanliness.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physically fit and able to walk for extended periods.
* Friendly, approachable, and happy disposition.
