About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in Business Analytics or a related field, combined with practical experience in managing technical projects and producing relevant documentation. Experience in the tourism industry or eCommerce is favourable but not required. You will possess excellent written and communication skills, paired with fantastic attention to detail. You will demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and possess a proactive problem-solving mindset. Additionally, effective time management will be essential, enabling you to successfully navigate and contribute to multiple smaller projects simultaneously. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment and appreciates the diverse range of technical skills that their colleagues bring to the table.
About The Role
This role will be a key resource in managing the booking systems across the Journey Beyond group with a focus on our ticketed experiences. Each day this role will bring new opportunities and challenges, allowing you to experience the tangible impact of your contributions. You will have the opportunity to focus on short and medium-term projects, guiding them from beginning to end. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to influence efficiencies and implement automations, that will add value to our business and improve our guest experience.
Key responsibilities will include :
* Determining requirements
o Working with stakeholder and technical teams to establish requirements
* Communication
o Keep stakeholders engaged through the development journey and effectively communicate change
* Documentation
o Developing change management documentation and user guides to facilitate training and process changes
* Procedure improvements
o Suggest and implement improvements to guest experience, revenue generation or efficiencies with regards to the overnight systems
* Team management
o Manage a small team of coordinators to support workloads
