About the Talent Acquisition Role
As a key member of our workforce planning team, you'll be responsible for leading direct sourcing efforts through various platforms, building external talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and regional locations. You'll collaborate closely with our agency partners to ensure a seamless recruitment process, all while maintaining a high standard of candidate care—responding promptly, offering constructive feedback, and fostering a culture of respect and transparency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally across both agency and in-house environments
* Strong sourcing skills and a creative approach to candidate engagement
* A passion for employer branding and delivering exceptional candidate experiences
* Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders
