This role is responsible for managing project performance controlling activities for APAC AU while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing processes. It involves close collaboration with CPM, PM, and other business partners to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
How You'll Make An Impact
* Responsible for the completion of project performance controlling related topics of APAC AU.
* Furthermore supporting the respective Manager in all other areas with the objective of executing yearly budget, monthly rolling forecast and closing activities.
* A professional collaboration between CPM, PM and all business partners.
* Support within the yearly budgeting and monthly forecasting process for AU project planning with the CPM team.
* Drive the monthly project closing process including JV booking, accrual, revenue and GM analysis based on OCC reports.
* Support project billing and SO creation, project closure and other system‐supporting tasks.
* Support RHQ charge and project hours booking.
* Support all PC function ad‐hoc related tasks.
* Cooperate and collaborate effectively with the CPM team in Australia, local management and other regions.
* Carry out ad‐hoc operational and financial analyses to help drive growth.
* Any other ad‐hoc related projects.
Education / Skills
* University or above preferred, major in business administration (controlling, accounting, finance).
* Fluent in oral and written English.
* Very good knowledge of SAP, ideally SAP FI and SAP OCC.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience
* Typically 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis (accounting, controlling, etc.) with good knowledge of SAP; project management experience is preferred.
* Strong analytical skills and systematic working style.
* 1 year experience of managing project business, preferably from the energy sector (power plants) or industry sector.
* Experience in an MNC is a plus.
* Good ownership and excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong collaboration approach in a diversified team and cross‐cultural environment.

APAC ON Project controlling team is a regional team covering APAC 10 countries' project and service project controlling business. The team has global diversity and performs regional centralized controlling and reporting roles.
